Esther Brons-Stikkelbroeck

She is co-founder of DOEN Legal and works in the field of employment law, contract law, franchise law and procedural law. Over the past 25 years, Esther has focused in particular on supporting brand owners and franchisors.

What sets Esther apart as a lawyer is her personal, committed, passionate and results-oriented approach, in which she is able to switch quickly and think creatively with the specific business of her clients.

Esther studied Dutch Law at Tilburg University, European Law at Uppsala University, the Grotius specialization course Corporate Structures and various courses in contract law and employment law.

Esther's field of work includes questions about employment law, dismissal of personnel, contract law, liability, unlawful conduct, distribution, franchise and agency law, law of obligations, cooperation agreements, platforms, letters of intent, general terms and conditions.

Esther is a member of the Dutch Franchise Association and of the Association for Distribution, Franchise and Agency.

Esther taught the subject of franchise law at De Juridische Academie and was a guest lecturer at both Fenedex and DeLex. Esther has held several board positions, including Stichting Greendish. Esther is the author of numerous publications in both trade journals and business platforms.
